Raised in the Winter frozen / Summer sweltering Midwest, Luke currently resides in Austin, Texas. While always having a strong passion for multimedia arts and natural systems, Luke chose to pursue studies in Landscape Architecture. Along with the visual arts, philosophy and motion/entropy have also played a significant role in his pursuits. Upholding a strong belief of holistic creation, Luke has studied and explored a wide range of creative mediums. Utilizing contemporary technological techniques of the digital age and the timeless skills of Renaissance draftsmen, Luke’s work and ideas resonate with the process of time based entropy as a life marker, perceiving the banal as extraordinary, and the re-framing of the consumerist-culture ephemera as lineage towards a new paradigm.
